A HISTORY OF INNOVATION AND PASSION
1982 — Foundation of the workshop
In 1982, Vincenzo Perego, President of VP Srl, founded the mechanical workshop bearing his name, specializing in the manufacture of spare parts for machinery used in the production of hoses and electrical cables.
1992 — Machinery production begins
VP Srl was established in Cernusco sul Naviglio, continuing the activity of the mechanical workshop while expanding it with the design and manufacture of machines for the production of flexible rubber hoses.
1996 — New headquarters in Pioltello
VP Srl moved to its current headquarters in Pioltello (Milan), consolidating its operations and expanding production with lines for the manufacture of fiber optic cables and thermoplastic flexible hoses.
2000 — Expansion and international growth
The company strengthened its presence in emerging foreign markets, including Russia, China, India, and Brazil, supplying numerous turnkey industrial plants.
2002 — Expansion of the production area
The production area was expanded to 10,000 square meters, supporting the company’s industrial growth and increased production capacity.
2006 — New production facility
A new production facility was acquired in Mosciano Sant’Angelo (Teramo), strengthening the company’s industrial presence in the area.
2014 — New production unit
A new production unit was built on an area of 7,500 square meters, expanding the Mosciano Sant’Angelo site.
2026 — Revamping & Patents
The company embarks on a significant renewal process, strengthening its technical department and securing patents for innovative machinery. This phase also includes a complete restyling of the corporate image, with the launch of a new website and the development of dedicated social media channels.
